Detail Using a Lo Density heating system, the operator simply plugs in the heater at the end of the day, and it keeps the emulsion at the correct temperature overnight or over the weekend. The result is that trucks can start work immediately in the morning instead of waiting for burners to heat up asphalt at the start of a shift.
Our Lo Density element within the heater sheath securely distributes controlled heat evenly throughout the tank to prevent coking or damage. With no open flame, these heaters eliminate the hazards associated with lighting and operating burners.
Tank heaters can be installed as new or modified equipment. We also offer a recessed heater option. |
